The apartment is located in the center of town in one of the best areas of Tenerife, which will charm you with its pleasant climate, tranquility, black-sand beaches, and beautiful places to stroll. There are good restaurants and bars without excessive tourism.
This ideal accommodation for 1 or 2 people is on the top floor of a building with three apartments and offers all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Just a short walk from the main attractions, our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring every corner of the area, with all the amenities you could need.
THE SPACE
• A small living area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite shows and movies using your streaming accounts.
• A bedroom with a comfortable 2-meter-long double bed. A bathroom with a comfortable and functional shower, conveniently located next to the bedroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks just like at home.
• A terrace perfect for relaxing after a day of activities or for starting your day with coffee or breakfast outdoors. Sunny in the afternoon.
• There is also an utility room with a washing machine, allowing you to travel lighter.

AIR CONDITIONING
The bedroom has air conditioning with adjustable settings via its remote control
TV
You can watch TV via antenna or satellite, or switch to HDMI and use the TV stick to connect to your account on a streaming platform such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. You can also use the Chromecast feature to stream content from your phone to the TV.
KITCHEN
We provide kitchen utensils and appliances such as a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, and oven.
We’ll leave you some coffee and sugar, tea, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome bottle of water.
TRASH
There are two trash bins, labeled separately as "Trash" and "Plastic." There’s also a recycling bag for glass. If you fill the bins during your stay, simply take out the bags and place them in the containers located down the seaside avenue next to the bus stop. You’ll find replacement bags under the sink.
LAUNDRY
Use the washing machine following the instructions we’ve posted next to it. Detergent capsules are available.
ACCESSORIES
There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet, as well as shampoo and body wash in the shower. We also provide 2 towels and a beach umbrella. You’ll find a standing fan. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the apartment or the city. I love helping my guests.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
• The street is located in the town’s old quarter. It’s known for its narrow sidewalks. Local residents live here alongside tourists staying on the same street or in the surrounding area, which gives it a multicultural feel. It’s also a thoroughfare connecting the upper part of town to the area closest to the sea.
• From here, you can walk down to Playa Chica in just a few minutes. On your way down, you’ll find a small local supermarket, Las Pérgolas, where you can buy whatever you need. A short distance from the accommodations are a pizzeria that offers delivery. Another restaurant that just opened, specializing in seafood, is right across the street. Right next door is the restaurant Los Corales. Another place to eat seafood is Fishermann’s Inn, which also has a wonderful terrace with ocean views and is just a few meters from the local supermarket.
