We had a great stay here. The neighborhood in Las Condes is excellent—safe, quiet, and very convenient, with groceries right across the street and lots of restaurants nearby.
The building uses an app to access the doors and gates, which takes a little getting used to at first, but once you figure it out, it works well. The rooftop pool is a really cool feature. We were there in the winter and the water was literally freezing, but it was still a great rooftop space to check out.
The apartment itself is small but has pretty much everything you need. There’s a cool balcony, heaters for the chilly nights, and the pull-out couch worked fine for us. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc., although it was a little lean on some supplies—we would have appreciated a coffee maker.
Everything was very clean, the building was quiet, and the owner was always quick to communicate when we needed anything.
Overall, a great experience in a fantastic neighborhood at a very affordable price. We’d definitely recommend it.
