The space
The apartment features a Rosen double bed, a very comfortable pull-out sofa, air conditioning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, food processor, cookware, French press, and more.

Includes underground parking and a smart TV with Netflix and Movistar TV included.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains (south-facing); you’ll also really enjoy the scenery at night.
Guest Access
Check-in is completely self-service; the concierge desk is open 24 hours a day, and entry is via a secure key box. The entry code will be provided on the day of check-in. When booking, please provide the full names of all guests and their ID numbers to facilitate registration at the front desk.


Check-in times are completely flexible; you may arrive at any time that suits you (check-in after 3:00 p.m.). Please inquire about availability for early check-in or late check-out.
Other highlights:
There is a gym on the 1st floor, a heated pool on level -2 (subject to availability, as maintenance and cleaning are performed periodically; please inquire), an outdoor pool on the 39th-floor terrace (open during the summer season only), and a sauna on Level -2 (reservations are required for the sauna).

Use of the barbecue areas is reserved for long-term stays (>2 weeks); there is a usage and cleaning fee, and capacity is limited (6 people). Playing music in the barbecue area is prohibited in the building; it is for barbecuing only.

There is a bike rack on the 1st floor; you must bring your own lock.
