Aesthetics and functionality at the XXIII Architecture Biennial. This building represents adaptive reuse at its finest. The fruit of Alberto’s vision and the talent of architects Pastor and Jarpa, the space offers a dialogue between historic preservation and modern luxury in the heart of Providencia.



The Space:

History and Legacy Behind this space lies a personal dream: its owner, Alberto, dedicated years to this project with the purpose of preserving the heritage of the Huelén neighborhood. Designed by architects Daniel Pastor and Matías Jarpa, the building achieves a perfect dialogue between historic conservation and contemporary comfort.
