Guest Access

You’ll have full, private access to the entire studio, including the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. You won’t be sharing the apartment with other guests.

The movie theater has a maximum capacity of two people. To use it, guests must log in with their own account or streaming platform and notify the front desk in advance so that staff can turn on and set up the theater equipment.

This is a residential building. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking is permitted only in areas expressly designated by the building. Smoking inside the apartment or in unauthorized common areas may result in a fine of CLP 50,000.

Any damage, loss, or permanent stain to sheets, towels, bedding, furniture, or fixtures may result in an additional charge of up to CLP 50,000 or the cost of repair or replacement.

The maximum occupancy of the apartment is two guests.

Outside visitors are permitted, but they must be reported to management in advance and registered at the front desk, in accordance with building regulations.

Overnight guests are not permitted to stay overnight. If an additional person stays overnight in the apartment without being included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Please treat the building staff and neighbors with respect. Do not hang clothes, towels, or other items from windows, balconies, or railings.

Please report any issues with the apartment immediately so we can help you and resolve them as soon as possible.
