You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a door that goes to another apartment which is currently not in use. The door is locked on both sides so no one can go in or out through that door unless having access to both sides.

-Fast Wi-Fi. -Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room area. -Hot water and electricity. -Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided. -NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS. -THERE'S SECURITY 24/7 IN THE BUILDING. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Emergencies that can wait for the next day, will be scheduled to be solved the next day. -Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, technicians and staff must be scheduled with anticipation and when available will solve any situation. As well, we do not offer Hotel types of services. -Response time during Holidays/Weekends and after certain hours can be limited, as well as the availability of staff and technicians.
