⚠️Please note that there is a strict no-smoking policy. If our team detects any signs of smoking (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of $150.

⚠️Parties and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. If you violate quiet hours or host a party, we reserve the right to impose a fine starting at $200.

⚠️Sheets and towels damaged by stains that our professional cleaning team cannot remove will result in a $100 fine.

⚠️For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy applies, with $80 per month included for utilities and 2 cleanings.
