“We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy.”

“The property had an amazing view of the caldera , and the host was very kind… met us, carried our luggage to the room, and when I mentioned our flight was early our last morning , he brought us food the day before to take with us since we would miss breakfast .. Be prepared for a lot of steps which is most places in the caldera however just know.. great location to the popular spots , not a great neighbor next door and there are cats around that area particular .. for me I’m not a fan...

The house was cleaned daily. The location was great and very quiet and private. The local cats visiting were very cute and they never bothered us. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely come back again!”

“I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for Sofia Kritkou! The property is absolutely beautiful, modern, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Our suite even had a private pool, which made the experience even more special. Bedrooms are good size and also has day bed on the main floor. The breakfast was out of this world — every day we requested something different, and everything was freshly made and beautifully served. This was by far the best private rental property we have stayed at as...
