Super Host Brasil offers an excellent apartment just a few meters from Santos beach. It has 2 suites, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, stove, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and complete utensils. The building has 24-hour concierge service, swimming pool, gym and beach tent. The apartment is fully screened. Guests must bring towels, bed linen and personal items.

**PET FRIENDLY:** We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which must be included in the number of guests. If the pet causes damage to the furniture, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged for cleaning upholstery and carpets, ensuring a quality environment for everyone. We have 2 suites, a living room with a sofa bed, and a small kitchen equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which has two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably accommodates 2 children. Guests will also have the security of a fully screened apartment with a balcony offering a side view of the sea. They can also enjoy all the building's leisure facilities: a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.

All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can negotiate a late checkout in advance.
