This cozy apartment features a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a delightful balcony overlooking the sea — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach atmosphere.

Guests should bring their own bed linen and towels. The bed has a 40 cm high mattress, so we recommend using a sheet without elastic. For the sofa bed, we also recommend a double sheet without elastic.

Don't forget to bring bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a sarong for sunbathing.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, and basic utensils, ideal for preparing small meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right on the beachfront.

It features 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, a swimming pool, a gym, and a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos), with an additional charge.

The building has its own parking lot with valet service and insurance, available for an extra fee. Access is 24 hours, but self-parking is not permitted due to the steep and dangerous ramp.

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, as well as being able to use all the condominium's leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.

**Pet Friendly:** We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place.

There is an additional fee for pets, which must be included in the total number of guests. It is important to note that by bringing a pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture.
