This studio apartment was designed to offer comfort and convenience in a compact, welcoming space. The living area integrated with the bedroom features a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a small double sofa bed and an extra single mattress that can be used on the floor, accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is screened internally; the common area is open and unscreened.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a two-burner stove with an oven, ideal for preparing quick meals. The bathroom is modern and functional, with cozy décor.

The building has direct access to Gonzaga beach, making access easy and your stay even more enjoyable.

We welcome small pets (one per reservation), as long as they do their business in the appropriate area. Dogs that bark when left alone may not stay in the apartment without their owners. An extra fee will be charged for four-legged guests.

Included items: pillows, 4 plush blankets and 1 bedspread. Sheets and towels are not provided.

Bed sizes: standard double bed, small double sofa bed, standard single mattress.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. To enter, you will need to present an identification document requested by the building, which the host will send at the time of booking.

The condominium offers a shared parking garage with limited spaces, so use is not guaranteed during your stay. Availability depends on the day of the week and arrival time.

Upon arrival, proceed to the side gate for vehicle access and ask the doorman about available spaces.

Note: Even if you have a parking spot, it is necessary to leave the handbrake off (engine turned off) so that the doormen can maneuver the vehicles.
