“Ottima struttura nei dintorni di ithaca. Silenziosa e pulita”

“Gran bell'albergo, con grande piscina interna ed ottima colazione. Elegante. Stanza grande e comoda, molto pulita e confortevole. Il letto extra era un divano letto, materasso però non molto comodo. Parcheggio gratuito con molto spazio.”

“Molti servizi aggiuntivi (caffé, the caldi e acqua disponibili a tutte le ore, area relax, lavanderia, cucina), la zona è presso vari mall, non distante dall'aeroporto, servita da varie linee di autobus.”

“객실도 넓고 깨끗할 뿐 아니라, 매니저들이 모두 친절하고, 제반 서비스가 너무나 좋았습니다. 아침 커피와 함께 제공된 블루베리 머핀 너무나 많있었어요. 물도 공짜로 늘 제공해줘서 너무나 좋았고, 특히 저녁에 로비에 제공해준 사과도 너무나 맛있었어요. 아름다운 코넬 캠퍼스를 여유롭고 편하게 감상할수 있었어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 재방문하고 싶어요.”

“We loved the hotel room. Very comfortable bed, high ceilings, well appointed bathroom. Staff were very caring and attentive to our needs.”

“First of all, the staff was kind and responsive to our needs. That was not the issue. When I see the words Super 8 and Wyndham together I have certain expectations. The room smelled very musty. There was unpainted spackle all over the bathroom and for the price we were paying was a very run down hotel. I would not return.”

“Free my desk staff were not well organized, had difficulty combining two reservations.”

“It looks like this hotel was excellent in the past but it was not maintained so well and the room maintenance is lacking. The sheets are not comfortable at all - they need to renew it, it's pilling and feel unclean. The shower soap was close to empty (you're not supposed to wait until it's empty before filling it up for a room) and the tab has cracks. The rug smells and when we pulled the room's curtains there were four splashes of bird poop on the outside part. Breakfast is lame. We had it on...
