“This hotel has very spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and a large bathroom. This is an unusual amount of space compared to other hotels of the same category in Tokyo. The personnel speaks very good English and was very helpful to reserve us restaurants for the evening. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, but Starbucks and local chocolate shops are just round the corner. “Lots of great translations and info in English. Small walkways and no elevator, so stair challenged beware. Quiet neighborhood , but great location to all west Tokyo tourist stops. Visit out to Jiyugaoka and the Toney neighbourhoods of Den-on Chofu and Toritsu Daigaku. Coffee and great restaurants with very few non-Japanese about. ”

“The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again.”

“The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance. There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants...

“This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use.”
