“We like the Hotel unfortunately the local are most unruly smoking all over the place, make the whole place smell so bad & LOUD shouting about No understanding of personal space. Most the staff DON’T speak a word of English but very helpful when we ask for coffee in the breakfast room they do go out the way to make us some fresh brew .”

“Hotel has a great location in Sanya, not far away from downtown and excellent view in the room. Got an upgrade when I check in. High season it is really expensive but we got a very good price this time. Must live here next time ”

“There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. ”
