“我們家人最常入住的溫泉飯店、我們從飯店開會營運、就從這個平台預訂入住體驗、一住成為我們全家大人、小孩最喜歡入住的溫泉飯店，疫情期間也一樣。每位工作人員都非常客有禮、客房、浴室、溫泉池一直保持如新的一樣、可見員工的向心力夠、才肯這樣努力的去維護飯店設施。 外面的游泳池及SPA池也是如此、小孩子最開心的事莫過於一到飯店就游池玩水。大人則是到八樓的裸湯舒服的放鬆。而且飯店很貼心的準備各種養生、油切的茶水、無限量供應。 六樓的超大景觀陽台、大人們可觀看夕陽美景吹著微風、小孩就等著高鐵的列車🚇奔馳而過⋯⋯開心的再期待著下一班高鐵列車．景觀無價。”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The wall in the room was peeling in some areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained.”

“The staff at reception were friendly and spoke English well. The room was spacious and clean. I was not impressed with the breakfast, however. (Not one piece of fruit!)”
