“Da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo di più: il ristorante intenro era chiuso, in camera il mini bar era vuoto e non c’era il bollitore. Anche la colazione è stata abbastanza deludente/nella media. Inoltre la spa era chiusa (funzionava solo la piscina interna). In generale un’esperienza sotto le aspettative ”

“Casa dos Corrreios was absolutely a delight to stay at. The host was so lovely and welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel is a newly renovated post office and was beautifully designed. It is so cute, clean and comfortable. The beddings and towels were top quality and all necessary amenities were provided. It’s also perfectly located in the city center and just 7mins walk from some gorgeous views of the river and waterfalls. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I visit...

“The hotel staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, immaculate, modern and well-appointed. The views from our room are stunning. You can sit near the pool and enjoy the view of the Douro River. Breakfast was fabulous.”

“Anna was the most helpful accommodating hostess. The property was a bit difficult to find but once we found it it was amazing. A bit difficult for parking but we are finding that to be a problem all over Portugal. We would be happy to stay again 😊 ”

“anche se un po difficile da raggiungere, belle casette in agriturismo, accoglienza eccezionale, ci hanno preparato cena anche se non prevista. Da consigliare !!!”

“Very good value for money. We had a room with a private bathroom which is very decent for the price. No complaints over facilities or check in. The room was advertised as river view which really was a side view as you are on the corner not facing the river directly. Other rooms are facing the river. ”

“O que nos levou a agendar esta estadia foi a incrível reabilitação que fizeram das ruínas ao lado do Castelo de Marialva e a junção a uma arquitectura contemporânea que não poderia estar mais bem conseguida. Casas muito originais no interior , espaço social do hotel ao nível de 5 estrelas, com uma decoração que impressiona. Contudo, para este valor de estadia era obrigatório o acesso à piscina e ao SPA estar incluído. Nem mesmo em hotéis de 5 estrelas observamos esta prática que contribuiu para...

“Fizemos a reserva e foi uma surpresa, pois trata-se de uma quinta, um antigo castelo com quartos enormes e confortáveis. A recepcionista muito simpática. Café da manha muito bom, onde serviam frutas colhidas do pé na hora. Um lugar com muitas árvores frutíferas que podíamos comer diretamente do pé. Amamos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos.”

“We loved the villa and the surrounding vineyard setting! It was a difficult drive up without signage around the villa and would recommend arriving during daylight. But the drive was worth it!!”

“The area was gorgeous and the view could not be beat. We made fresh orange juice and lemonade from the citrus trees, walked in the vineyard and cork forest, and enjoyed the quiet. The downside was the drive- it was a bit far from town and needs to be driven in daylight- do not attempt at night (single lane, tight curves, no guardrails, very rural). The house was spacious but could use some upgrades.”
