Caretaker's house
: 1 living room + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 living room with kitchen + 1 laundry room + 1 barbecue area.
Property structure
: 1 barn, confinement area for 60 head of cattle, pigsty, chicken coop, 3 ponds, vegetable garden, orchard and swimming pool.
- An electronic gate with access to the caretaker's house and another gate with access to the main house,
monitored alarm (inviolable) and cameras with remote access.
- Entire property fenced.
