The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, communal laundry, and a mini-market on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a rooftop on the 13th floor with sun loungers, tables and chairs for snacks, and an incredible view.

My Studio is in a great location in downtown São Paulo, with easy access to subway stations and bike paths, close to Avenida Paulista, Rua Augusta, Mackenzie University, and full of leisure, entertainment, gastronomy, culture, and transportation options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and drawers. Accessories such as pots, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, detergent, cutting board, dish drainer, etc.

What will the check-in process be like?

The check-in process is entirely digital. After sending your documents, your entry into the building will be authorized, and a code will be sent to open the Studio door.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm.
Standard check-out: until 11 am.
