“First time at a Spark. Maybe this unit is newer but it was in excellent shape. No frills but clean, well kept, and comfortable. Will stay again if I find myself in the area.”

“We were in room 403. And the smell of sewage was overwhelming!!!. The first night there was a horrible smell of bleach. So assumed the room was just freshly cleaned. But the next morning it was like we were in a porta potty. My best friend was having surgery and we had to be there by 530 am so I didn't have time to tell the staff. “We reserved a room that pictured a bathtub in the main bedroom. The room also was listed specifically as King Bed w/ sofa bed (Large Room). The bathtub was in the bathroom (not as pictured) and the room was a regular size, which was disappointing. The side guest entrance had an AC unit leak directly above the door. You couldn’t avoid getting wet. The couch cushions and the comforter were both stained. There were spilled coffee and grounds on the base of the lamp that weren’t cleaned from the...

“We booked this motel, not realizing it was 15 miles away from I-40... but we were sure glad we did. The staff was great, the beds were awsome and the swimming pool was warm so the kids had a great time. After a good night's sleep, a wonderful breakfast finished our stay. Well worth the journey off the freeway!”

“Had to ask to reassign a different room due to problems with elevators.”

“Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed.”
