Discover the ultimate retreat at our lakefront cabin in the Adirondacks. Enjoy kayaking and canoeing on pristine waters, explore scenic hiking trails, and gather around a crackling fire pit under starlit skies. Your perfect adventure awaits!

Immerse yourself in the charm of our custom Adirondack log and twig deck and railing complimenting the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Nestled just 15 yards from Lake Flower, the property includes a private extended boat dock, access to a beach as well as a shared sitting dock and beach area. New kayaks and a canoe are available for paddling the extensive waterways in the Saranac Lakes area. Wind down next to a lakeside fire pit with excellent lake and mountain views. In the winter months, there are sleds available for fun for all ages!

Discover modern convenience in our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all your cooking needs including dishes/flatware, a blender, a toaster and even a panini maker! The single-brew coffee machine is fully stocked and there is a wide selection of tea. The cozy living space has been furnished with a new couch, rug and classic Adirondack coffee table while the new picturesque Lopi gas stove with smart thermostat will keep you warm after a full day of exploring the ADKs in any season. The 40" flat screen is equipped with Roku and streaming services including Netflix and Disney+.

Refresh in style in the cottage's recently renovated bathroom which has a tile shower with glass doors. A tankless on demand hot water system installed July 2021 so you'll never run out of hot water after enjoying all the ADKs have to offer.

Let the children play in the the brand new kid's nook off the main bedroom. featuring a giant "CordaRoy" bean bag that transforms into a queen sized bed. While you enjoy the updated amenities, your little ones can create memories in their own charming space.

The cottage is a short walk (less than a mile) to the Village of Saranac Lake farmer's market on Saturday mornings.

If you are bringing the little ones, please let us know and we will prepare the pack 'n' play and bin of toys.

We charge a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you plan to travel with your dog.

Wonderful trip and time at Noonmark!

We had a wonderful trip and time in Saranac Lake with our stay at Noonmark! We enjoyed the dock and chairs on the dock from the time we woke up until we went to bed. My children caught so many fish and made many memories to last a lifetime. The house was clean and just as depicted in the photos. Perfect temperature in the house with the ceiling fans too! We were able to use the grill had a great dinner outside right by the water on our last night stay. Thank you, Kat!

Weekend getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay although it rained most of the time so we didn't get to use the canoe like we wanted to. The cottage was clean and cozy. The view of the lake was amazing!

Adorable Cabin

We had a lovely 5 day stay at this adorable cabin. We kayaked, fished and swam in the lake. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze. My daughter loved the kids nook. We had a fire-pit most evenings. We will definitely be back!!

Unfortunately we had rainy weather. Would have enjoyed waterfront more if sun were shining. A little small to be cooped up. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate for breakfast.

Cozy Cabin

Very nice cabin for 2. It was well-equipped and very comfortable and clean. Very convenient to town which has some nice cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Also convenient to great hiking and canoeing!

loud and smelly

it was nothing that was advrftised ,the cabin next door was three feet away , they made noise all night ,we wanted to relaxe , the cars ran up and down highway all night into the morning. the cabin smelled like a open saptic ,maybe that,s why all the windows were open and fan blowing when we got there. this is not the place to go ,if you want to relaxe .we left the next day to come home. it,s not what is looks like beleave me. zeros stars

Interesting Saranac Lake

The property was well located. We could walk from it to downtown. It was an easy drive to Lake Placid, as well as other Adirondack attractions. The property seems to be a 1950s cottage which has been tastefully updated to the 21th century. Although small, it was comfortable and enjoyable. The only negative was the geese whose droppings made it difficult to enjoy the lawn down to the lake. We would upgrade our rating, if it only weren't for the geese. Overall, an enjoyable place to spend a few days.

Lovely Cottage on Flower Lake

Very beautifully decorated and maintained cottage right on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake. Surrounding area is great to explore for outdoor pursuits. Very comfortable living situation. Only possible negative might be a certain amount of noise from the road across the lake.

This cottage puts you in close proximity to all that the Adirondacks have to offer. 30 minutes away from most major attractions. My boys loved being able to fish off of the dock. They were quite successful, too. Canoe and kayaks on site. Quiet location but still within walking/biking distance to downtown Saranac Lake. Kat was quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. We were not blessed with the greatest weather during this trip. Started to get cabin fever with all of us in this space. It would be a bit crammed with older kids. Other than that, we had a great time here.

Relaxing by the lake

Staying at Noonmark Cottage was exactly what we needed after the last year and a half. Me being a nurse and my husband a teacher, to wake up lakefront everyday was so peaceful! We stayed with our 2 boys, 16 and 12. They loved the kayaks and fishing. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. A short drive from the Olympic sites, Whiteface and hiking. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy cottage, perfect location

The cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I and was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the kayaks provided at the property. The location was perfect, short drive to numerous trailheads for amazing hikes. We liked that we were able to walk into town and enjoy dinner at a different restaurant every night. Would definitely stay here again.
