Benvenuti in Ave Maria! Questo gioiello dell'estremità nord vanta una posizione centrale ad Anna Maria, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dai ristoranti. We loved the house and used the front screened in porch and downstairs screened in room so much. They were great when grands woke up earlier than everyone else. Great location and had everything we needed! Wonderful stay!

The home is spectacular and we had a wonderful stay with family and friends that came to visit. We would stay here again any time. Close to the beach and one block from Pine Ave where you can eat and shop. We rented a golf cart and had fun.

We had a lovely visit at this VRBO. Jeff was communicative and responsive. This VRBO has SO many extras!!! It's the little things that you don't realize you need till you're away from home and need it, well, they've likely got it there for you. Great location and would absolutely stay there again!

This was our third stay at this property/house. We feel very comfortable, and love the renovated kitchen this year. The walking proximity to the beach, and some of the restaurants is convenient. Just a short drive to play pickle ball or tennis. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the porch in the morning and drinking our coffee before we plan our day.

The house felt very homey, it was quaint and cozy, almost felt like a relative lived there and let me borrow it for a few days. Jeff communicated info about check-in and more a couple of days ahead of our arrival, and again the day of. Self check-in was a breeze since the door lock was digital and the code had already been provided. The house was comfortable, thoroughly clean, well equipped (full kitchen, linen closet with extra towels, bedsheets and blankets), with different spaces to gather (inside and out), comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, everything well stocked, even welcomed us with a tray of snacks and water bottles. My young child was always entertained with toys and games found in the living room tv unit. The house is on the older side but evidently kept well cleaned and maintained. Although we didn’t use any of it because we had brought what we needed, there was a storage unit full of beach chairs, toys, a cart, bikes, and probably more that was made available to use. Having the downstairs, outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand when arriving from the beach. Location was also great, 2 blocks away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. I already recommended this place to a relative looking to go to AMI soon!

From booking to checking out everything was absolute perfection! Host was super friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and in the perfect location. It had everything you needed for a beach trip. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful location. Anywhere you want to be is walkable. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and other points of interest nearby. The beach is a very short walk, basically two blocks away. The photos on VRBO do not do the house justice. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location to the beach, general store, etc. The screened in porch and patio areas were are wonderful. Having the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use in the shed was so helpful for our family.

We were looking for somewhere new to go but wanted to stay in Florida. My daughter was dying to go to the Gulf Coast and we stumbled upon Anna Maria Island through Instagram. This vacation rental was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have had better hosts! It was very clean and there really isn't much you would need to bring with you. Jeff was very communicative and didn't hesitate to list his favorite spots when asked. The beach is literally 2 blocks away which was super convenient. This rental is also just one street over from the cutest little shops and restaurants. I would definitely rent a golf cart when you are here. We didn't use our truck at all as the golf cart took us everywhere. We will be back for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place in Anna Maria. Our two boys, 4 and 6, loved the toys, games, and legos, and it was so nice having beach gear to use. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect...just a quick walk to the beach and the bay. The unit was clean and cozy. We would love to stay there again in the future.

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Gulf and Bay. The house was very comfortable, with great beds and a comfy couch, perfect for mid-day naps. It was well stocked with all the items we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon, and we're very thankful that these items were available as they made our beach experience much more enjoyable.

House was very spacious for a family of four with teenage boys. We loved the screened in porch in the front and the downstairs screened in room for games and movie night. This place is located half way between the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. Both a short enough distance to walk or bike. Located near shopping and restaurants too but on a quiet street. Home had everything you need. Kitchen was well equip with staple items like oils, seasonings, sugar, etc. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Even had a couple fishing poles. Overall a really nice place with a great location. Was perfect for our family's stay!

This cozy house is located a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We barely needed to get back in the car once we arrived which made for a very relaxing vacation! We absolutely loved our stay and plan return again!

We really enjoyed our week here! The house is clean, the kitchen well stocked and Jeff was a great host! Thanks, Jeff, for the new grill since the old one was rusted out--we used it! We enjoyed the outdoor living room and the games! Lots of beach equipment in the shed! The bikes were a great way to get around the island (FYI, the breaks on the white bike are not great--but we made it work) The screened porch is great place for morning coffee and evening card games! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the good experience!

We very much enjoyed (what was) our second stay at this home. Love how comfortable it is, and the location is perfect for beach days, dining, walking the neighborhoods, or shopping. We’re planning to come again next year!
