I vacanzieri che amano la vecchia atmosfera della Florida di Anna Maria Island, in particolare Bradenton Beach, si innamoreranno di questa adorabile casa al piano terra con due camere da letto e due bagni, nascosta in una strada tranquilla a due passi dal Golfo del Messico e Anna Maria Sound. I suoi proprietari hanno reinventato amorevolmente questa affascinante casa, a tutto vantaggio di chiunque cerchi un posto fantastico e conveniente da chiamare casa mentre si è in spiaggia!

Amerai i mobili grandi e comodi, le grandi TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, la sala giochi super divertente e la sala da pranzo interna / esterna per tutte le stagioni con vista sulla piscina. Il divertimento in famiglia ti aspetta!

La camera da letto principale presenta un letto king-size e un bagno interno, mentre la seconda camera dispone di due letti singoli. Il secondo bagno completo si trova al di fuori della zona giorno per un facile accesso. Un divano letto a una piazza e mezza si trova nella sala giochi.

Ma il divertimento non si ferma dentro! La nuovissima piscina riscaldata sarà il luogo preferito da tutti. Metti le sedie in acqua sullo scaffale poco profondo del sole, poi salta per rinfrescarti e gioca con i bambini. Per un po 'più di avventura e brezze marine, dirigiti verso la spiaggia - è solo un isolato di distanza!

NOTA SULLE PISCINE RISCALDATE: poiché il riscaldamento della piscina è una proposta molto costosa per i nostri proprietari, ci chiedono di raccogliere $ 100 a settimana (più tasse) dagli ospiti che richiedono il riscaldamento della piscina presso la loro proprietà in affitto.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for us. Spacious and close to the beach. It have everything we needed. Our only complaint was the pool was too warm. The heater did not need to be on.

We enjoyed the stay!! The location was great! We walked to the beach for sunsets and drove to others to mix things up during the day!! The rental company was fantastic! Needed help with a couple of things during the stay…they were on it! We enjoyed it!!

Lovely location and property

We loved the house, it was just what we needed, my family had a lovely time. We love the location!The pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay, but the pool technician came quickly and fixed it up, and it looked wonderful.

Wonderful

Our stay was seamless. From the day of check in until the morning we checked out. The neighbors and locals in the area were very helpful. We ventured to the beach right at the end of the block. Found many sand dollars. It was a wonderful stay and the house was just enough for our week get away. Comfy, cozy , and felt like home.

Best Vacation Ever

Anna Maria island is a very special place. This was our 1st visit not our last. The house was just as pictured! The pool, location and neighborhood were perfect! We were a block from the beach and had everything we needed to make lots of family memories❤️. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here in the future!

Everything was great. There was a little bit of issue with the cleanliness in the sofa that was debris, but we got that out and there’s a nail up under the table that’s in the garage that cut my leg but other than that everything was great.

WORST VRBO property management experience EVER!!!

Imagine having a flood coming into the home on your second night there AND THE ONLY THING the property management does is tell you "it is not our fault" and "we think you are lying to us and you have 12 folks when you should have 8, so we will come count you." NEVER in my life have I been treated so horrible! The house that we rented from them flooded - the lack of kindness/understanding or offering us anything was beyond appalling! Front wall/side wall and front door were all leaking! There were several inches of water in the living room! We contacted them immediately to tell them what happened, we mopped up the water and dealt with the mess! To 'thank us' for cleaning up the water we were then falsely accused of lying! I do not take being falsely accused of anything lightly! I am a rule follower and I have never been falsely accused of lying until this company accused me of that! It was awful! This company treated us like we were horrible people! I was literally in tears and we came very close to packing up and leaving! Before you falsely accuse people of lying perhaps you should have both your facts and numbers accurate!!! Our group had 8 people and we absolutely did NOTHING WRONG!!! We will NEVER rent another property from this company! Due to the excessive amount of water coming into the house - clearly there is a problem! This property needs to be removed from the rental listing until the problems are both addressed and fixed!

“Heated”Pool Vacation Home

When we arrived the house had been painted hours before we entered. Construction across street during week hours. Pool did not heat until weather approached 70 degrees towards the end of our stay. Property could use a handyman to fix fridge, dishwasher noise, broken exterior electrical outlet covers. Other then the construction noise / quiet neighborhood / Friendly Locals / Great Food / Fishing / Beaches!!!!!

We enjoyed the week

This house worked for our group of 8. Pool was great to have, layout was nice for some separation when needed. The property is old, some reviews indicated that, some did not which surprised me. I have shared a few concerns with management and they were very willing to listen. I had a few issues during the stay, only called property manager once and a plumber was called to address it quickly which was appreciated. I feel like the cost for the week, for a party of 8, is what it is.

Great place for family

Great setup for a small family. Some of the interior was a little dated but very clean and the pool area was fantastic. The property management team was super helpful and even stopped out to help with the pool heater on Christmas Eve.

Great location. Quiete street. Nice pool. Had an ant situation when we arrived. Lots of finishings that are worn, chipping paint, broken cabinet doors, chipping ceramic finishes. Overall a decent value, but the property needs work.

Nice place to make memories!

We had a family reunion on Anna Maria Island. Each family unit rented a house or condo within walking distance of each other. We had eight members stay here and we were not cramped in the least! Nice furniture and decorations. It was well supplied with cooking/baking/grilling/eating utensils, cups, plates etc...Nice stove/oven micro and refrigerator! Loved the second fridge in the laundry room! Thankful for the washer and dryer! Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets. Wonderful pool and yard. Nice big screen T.V's. Remotes and WIFI worked! Fun board games provided. Owners/property manager were great to work with! This is a nice place to make memories!

Nice pool!

Everything was nice except the dog hair we found when we opened the sleeper sofa. When we got the vacuum to clean up the hair, the vacuum smelled so bad we could not use it ( wet dog odor). The refrigerator in the kitchen was not cold and we could not change the temperature, thank goodness ther was another fridge in the laundry room.

Happy with stay disappointed with Beach Rentals .Mobi

The property had a good location as far as walking distance to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed to pool but where it was heated it was about to hot to use during the days but felt decent at night. The property was in decent shape a door was missing off cabinets and the pool light didn’t work the entire time we stayed. Overall all the property was wonderful now the place we booked with Beach Rentals. Mobi on the other hand was difficult to work with. The two ladies that work there that handle the final payment were rude and very disrespectful! Long story short the was a discrepancy in final payment between Beach Rentals.Mobi and VRBO over final price and the two women working for Beach Rentals.Mobi were trying to charge more than agreed upon. The manager did fix it and make it right but the way it was handled was very unprofessional! I would stay at property again but will never use anything related to Beach Rentals.Mobi!

Great vacation!

The kids loved the pool and beach nearby. There were beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler for guests to use. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the free trolly. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location

This was a perfect house for a beach vacation. Loved being able to wake up to see the bay across the street (not sure how long this will last as there is an empty lot that looks ready for construction in front of the bay) then walk a couple of blocks to the beach! The house is an easy walk from restaurants and activities, though I recommend reflective wear at night as the side walk is very close to the street on the main road and it’s dark and hard to see pedestrians. The house itself is very cute and beachy feeling. There was plenty of room for hanging out both inside and outside. The pool was great once the weather was warm enough to enjoy it. The only drawback was a patch of mold on the ceiling over the bar in the kitchen, which hopefully will be easy to get rid of. We were there during a holiday week so nothing was done about the mold when we notified the management team but they were very quick to respond when we had trouble with the pool heater.
