Wonderful! The house was clean and private with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Only 5 miles from the beach and a perfect pit stop for sleeping in between beach trips and trips to the restaurants around town. Would stay again!

Very Nice!

Really lovely place that is in a great location. Very clean and had the proper amenities for a quick weekend get away. Plenty of towels and dishes and the bed was super comfy. My only slight complaint was the spotty internet connection but I know that is not always the fault of the host. Overall GREAT stay.

Good stay

The property was good for what we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were busy doing things around the area. There was musty smell outside that we noticed when we sat on the porch.

Clean and convenient for the beach

Overall it was a good stay. The place appeared clean, but there was a really strong dog or mold smell that made it unpleasant to be in the cottage. Luckily we were only sleeping there and spent most of the day out doing things, but venting was badly needed.

Awesome location

Location was quiet and in a great neighborhood for walks. Easy to walk for groceries and restaurants. We spent a lot of time 5 mins drive on Siesta Key beaches. The unit is as pictured and good value for price. Weak internet would be our only negative.

I sent an e mail to the e mail address provided asking if we could check in one hour early and also asking what kind of toiletries if any would be provided. I never received an answer and I did not receive any contact from the host during our stay. The welcome book which we found in a drawer stated the rental had 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, there was only one TV located in the bedroom and it was barely usable. The Amazon Prime connection was connected to an already created account which was in a foreign language there were no English settings. There were no other apps able to be signed in on either. There was a google "freeplay" channel which offered a few shows that seemed to repeat daily and that was it! The welcome book also stated there were ceiling fans in "all" rooms there were no ceiling or any kind of fans anywhere in the house. This is Florida everyone has ceiling fans! The welcome book told us to wash our used dishes in the dishwasher, there is no dishwasher. There is a refrigerator with 2 ice cube trays, this was okay but again this is Florida and ice makers in the fridge are everywhere. The only seating in the living room is a futon which is the most uncomfortable seat we've ever had to sit on, the metal frame comes though the thin cushion. We did not use the stove but one of the coils was hanging over the side. The bungalow is close to a main road so restaurants and shopping are nearby. Subpar compared to others we've stayed in.
