Reasonably priced condo, short drive to the beach

The condo was clean and pictures looked like advertised. Very close to supermarket and restaurants plus a short 10 min drive to the beach.Pool area was clean and we had no issues while staying here..would definitely rent again

Great location to beach, shopping and local family

Clean stocked kitchen. 3 comfortable beds. good water pressure in both baths. Convenient parking spot. The only cons are a deep cleaning should have been done to the air vents, fans, and ac filter. Expect loud noise from ac unit. Entry flight of stairs had no working light -needed to use cell phone flashlight.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

The unit was nice but the grounds and surrounding units were not the best. Neighbors were 420 friendly and the smell was very strong in the common areas. Parking lot was very unkempt. Toys and miscellaneous items were all over outside of the neighboring unit. There was a shoe in the courtyard and other junk items out there all week. Couldn’t get the remote to work on the tv contacted the property manager and she wasn’t around so we finally said forget it. Didn’t feel very comfortable staying in this unit.

Use Caution

Overall, the property and check in was fine. It's near plenty of grocery stores, beaches and things to do. However, I wouldn't call this area "safe". On the last night, my family and I came back to the condo to find 2 men about to fight one another in the parking lot. There were many people outside surrounding them. They were shouting profanity and creating a VERY hostile environment for residents. My husband and I had to grab our children (3 and 4 mos) and run inside. To have to subject our children to that was unbelievably scary. We should not have to fear and worry about that kind of environment on a FAMILY vacation. Never again will we stay here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this for families.

Wonderful beach vacay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Perfect location — close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The condo was a delight — very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep an eye on it for future bookings!

Very Clean, had fun

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with new furniture and fresh linens. Kitchen was well equipped.. It had everything we needed.
