“We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!”

“This is the second time that we have stayed there and we were not as impressed as the first time. We go for the hot tub and it was not nearly as clean as we had hoped. ”

“The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. ”

“Wonderfully welcoming - especially going the extra step to reach out before our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. We only had a quick overnight visit, but everything was great!”

“The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck. ”

“The inn is very old and this is reflected in the condition of the hallways in particular. One has to like an old-fashioned place, which we do as we have stayed there many times when passing through Saratoga Springs. The in-house restaurant is very convenient. The breakfast buffet this time was not as good as we have experienced in the past. ”

“Stayed for the weekend for the chess tournament. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Perfect for family. The kids loved the pool and breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I stayed here for a few days with my partner while we visited the Casino which was a 4 min drive. Its a convenient location for food and the park. The hotel is very nice and quite. We had good customer service and the warm breakfast options was a welcoming perk. I was disappointed that we had to pay $10 per night for parking. ”

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

“The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.”
