• Third Bedroom (Main floor, 2 Queen beds): A flexible room perfect for kids or friends sharing, with two queen beds and space to unwind.
• Fourth Bedroom (Lower floor, King bed): A great place to sleep and a catch up on some emails.

• Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit for stargazing and s’mores. Seating for ten or more ensures everyone has a spot.
• BBQ Area and Patio: Grill your favorites on the Weber and enjoy food in the shaded gazebo. Note: no formal outdoor dining table, but there is seating under the gazebos.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $500 security hold (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company — $25 per day, capped at $49 total per stay. Damage waiver purchases are optional, and the damage waiver does not cover extra cleaning.
