Great East Side Home - 5 mins from track and town

This 4 Bedroom/2Bath home is great for couples/families and friends. It has an open floor plan with an updated kitchen that opens to the living and dining room. Fully stocked kitchen.
Dining room seating for 8.
Mater bedroom has king bed, other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. House includes all linens and towels.
The main bathroom includes a jetted tub.
The Living Room has a 65" HDTV and 2 of the other bedrooms have 50" or larger HDTVs.
Laundry room has washer and dryer.
Large deck off the dining room with grill and eating area.

Friends Getaway Weekend

We stayed her for a couples weekend and found this home to be very well suited for our needs. It had everything we could need and was conveniently located from Saratoga Springs. Being at the end of the street provided some nice privacy. Would return again for sure.

Visit to SPAC

We spent two nights here while in town for a concert . The house is large and comfortable for 6 people . It was clean and had everything we needed . The screen door to the deck was off track which was a nuisance . The sink in the downstairs bathroom didn’t drain properly ( the plug was broken ) . But if both of these are repaired , the house is a fine place to stay .

Guys weekend

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a long weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better time or accommodation. Herb was super easy to chat with and was extremely timely to answer and questions we had. The house was not only in a perfect location in relation to the track but was also great for accommodating a large group. We spent a majority of our time outside on the deck or in the large back/side yard. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Great location to stay at if you’re trying to have a fun weekend in Saratoga. House is located very close to the track and downtown area. Herb was very responsive as well. Would recommend staying here

Saratoga Springs Long Weekend

Had a great stay. House was perfect size for our group. Perfect location to everything. Extremely well equipped. Nice back deck with grill and new hot tub. Fire pit which we did not get to use. Easy communication with landlord with quick responses. Our only problem was that the tub on first floor was too high for two of our seniors to get into for a shower - there is a walk in shower on lower floor they used. Highly recommend!

we stayed her for a weekend for my bachelorette party and it was amazing!! Very close to downtown Saratoga and not too far from lake George! Labor Day at Saratoga

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great for 4 couples - everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen accommodated us for dinner and breakfast in. The yard and the hot tub were wonderful. Herb was great to communicate with and even arranged an early check in for us.

Great house

The house was very nice and spacious. We had no issues contacting Herb if we had any questions. The house is close enough where rides to downtown or the track were quick and cheap. Overall great stay!

Beautiful Track Side Home

This property is perfect for any visit to Saratoga Race Course as it is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to the action. The home itself was very comfortable to stay in and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Weekend Stay

Great location near the center and the race track. House is very clean and we were all happy with our stay. A/C works great and communication with property owner was very easy. Definitely would book a stay again next time in the Saratoga area.
