Cammina verso ovunque !!! Casa carina con cucina recentemente rinnovata / arredata con gusto con servizi tra cui recintato privato in ampio cortile. Parcheggio fuori strada per 4 auto, a pochi passi dal centro. Due camere da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto matrimoniale. Central Air! Concetto aperto con TV da 55 ", internet wireless incluso. Perfetto per piccola famiglia o 2 coppie. Grande artista o scrittori si ritirano! Mobili da giardino e nuova griglia a gas.

The four of us thought the house was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom and shower were very nice! The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a big family dinner! We found the location of the house to be convenient to Broadway and the Farmer’s Market and the Skidmore campus. I highly recommend this property and the owners couldn’t be more friendly!!

Sweet house! Cozy rooms, nice bathroom, and a short walk to shops and restaurants, with downtown SS just a bit further on. We were there for a wedding and didn’t spend too much time there but a welcome respite at the end of the day.

Our stay here was PERFECT! The house is walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to the performing arts center or racetrack. Everything was updated and immaculate and the backyard fire pit under the stars in a quiet neighborhood made for the perfect ending to a busy day. We will definitely be back!

This updated, cute little home was perfect for our weekend getaway in Saratoga Springs. We walked to SPAC for a concert, which was about a 40-minute leisurely walk. You could probably also walk to shopping, but we drove in case we had shopping bags. We immediately felt welcome as the owners left a personalized note and bottle of wine for us. There was a binder with all the information we needed about the property and area surrounding it. The kitchen had every little thing we could have ever needed, including a full spice rack. The basement has been renovated into a bar area, but I used it for a workout area. A washer and dryer was available along with detergents, fabric softener, etc. The living room is cozy and cute, the bathroom is spacious with plenty of towels, washcloths, and a bin that included every product that a guest might need. (I was pleased to find Band-Aids and antiseptic for a cut.) The bedrooms had plenty of closet space and were very comfortable and quiet. Outside, we used the gas fire pit to make S'mores, and there was a grill available for use if we wished. The driveway accommodates one car, but there was a parking area available for our second car. Everything exceeded our expectations. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been better.

Mother daughter weekend

This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. The backyard space was really a plus when the weather is good. Quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Seamless contact with owners made getting settled in and checking out easy. Saratoga Springs is a great city to visit. If you are a couple or small group you'll be glad if you stay here when you come.

We loved loved loved this house, got home today and we are still talking about the fabulous time we had and plan to go next summer as well. Cozy and adorable
