Welcome to our Gorgeous Restored Victorian! Walk to the Track and Downtown!! This home has space to accommodate 27 guests in the entire home. You and your guests will have access to five luxurious apartments throughout the entire three floors of living space. There are 8 bedrooms, two updated bathrooms and four newly remodeled marble and granite tiled baths, 5 beautiful kitchens, 6 private porches, Free In-unit laundry and a location that can't be beat! Walk to the Saratoga Race Track or the Award-Winning Downtown Saratoga Springs Shops and Restaurants! This unit is for adults and children 10 and over only.

The apartments feature nine bedrooms across five apartments, with two King beds, 6 Queen beds, two full beds, one Twin-over-full bunk bed and three Queen Pull-out Sofa Beds, sleeping up to 27 guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group! The spacious living areas on the top floor is perfect for gathering your guests together to relax, and the 75-inch smart TV, and four 55 inch TV smart TVs in the first and second floor apartments, with free cable, provide entertainment for cozy nights in. High-speed WIFI is also available for free for your convenience.

Start your mornings off right with a visit to the coffee bars, complete with Combo Coffee makers and/or Kuerig-style pod machines. Make a full pot, a single cup of your favorite ground coffee or use your favorite Keurig-style K-cups. Enjoy your cup of coffee on one of the 3 gorgeous balconies overlooking the neighborhood. In the evenings, enjoy the three story back deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and dining in this ideal spot to gather and unwind.

Guests will also appreciate the convenience of both off-street and on-street free parking, as well as the in-unit and on-site laundry facilities.
