Summary:
Nice! Pacifico C-308 in Coco is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo featuring classy artwork, plush furniture and artsy decorative touches throughout. And it has an absolutely stunning view of Coco Bay and the green mountains that surround it. You can enjoy this view from inside the house or from the balcony, where there’s a table that seats four.

The Space:
Pacifico C308 in Coco is one of the larger units at this premier resort community, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. And it’s an end unit, providing three windows where most people have walls, to let in lots of natural light.
The living room is thoughtfully decorated, with a nautical-themed sectional sofa and a glass-topped wicker coffee table. The fully equipped, all-white kitchen has a granite bar that seats four, and the glass dining table seats six.
In the master bedroom, the big bed features an attractive headboard structure with wooden slats that reaches all the way to the ceiling. The bedroom has a widescreen TV and a window looking out on palm trees.
The master bathroom has a his and hers sink, and both upstairs bathrooms have tubs in addition to showers.
This unit is on the third floor and offers under-roof parking. Best of all, it has a slim but picturesque view of Coco Bay from the terrace.
 
Why Pacifico C308 in Coco

Pacifico is the top residential vacation resort in Playas del Coco, with four swimming pools, a poolside restaurant/bar and beautifully tended gardens. It’s about eight blocks from the beach, next to Coco’s vibrant main street.

Staying at Pacifico gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $35 per person, which $25 is applied toward food and drink. The Pacifico resort itself is located several blocks from the beach, but a shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, fine dining, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.

Pacifico offers gated 24/7 security with a guard, and a parking spot is included in the building. The unit has a washer/dryer, and maid service is available upon request.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Pacifico is the premier resort community in Playas del Coco, with over 300 luxury condominiums, elegant swimming pools and marvelous views. This securely gated development has private walking trails, hot tubs, aquarobics, an on-site fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts. A “lazy river” swimming pool meanders in curves through the middle of the complex, with a poolside restaurant and bar.

In addition, the Pacifico Beach Club offers the finest beachfront dining, lounging and swimming in town, with two sparkling infinity pools overlooking a grassy space with sunbathing lounges and shaded cabanas. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops on Coco’s vibrant main street. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa.
On weekend nights on the main drag, live music and DJ beats pour out of the popular Zi Lounge and Coconutz restaurants (among others).
Coco is home to an upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, the exclusive Pacifico resort community and much more. Many foreigners have come to visit and never left. You can often find these happily aging expats swapping tales at the big rubber tree in front of Bambú Beach Front Bar, or just watching the world go by from one of the open-air bars downtown.

Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.

Other Things to Note:
Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your stay begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Some construction — and a discount

Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.

Pacifico is a very nice condo complex. Well maintained and secure. Lots of very nice pools. The Condo itself was bigger than expected and was excellent for our group. We would absolutely stay here again. Small issues: Checking in to the condo was very easy, but actual directions to the condo once inside Pacifico property would have been helpful on arrival. Had an issue with not being able to release the plug in the ensuite bathroom tub. I did sent an email about it, but received no reply and the problem did not get fixed during our stay. I was too busy enjoying the vacation to follow up further. We had booked the condo from a Thursday to the following Friday. On Friday I received an email saying that cleaning was scheduled for Sunday, did we want those services. I replied that we did not. However, I went out on Sunday morning and there was someone sitting on the stairs that was there to clean. I managed to communicate to her that it was not necessary. I did not have any awareness that cleaning services were provided or the details of such services (cost ? included in the rental ?). The only other minor item is that the knives provided are not very good - had a hard time cutting up our delicious watermelon and pineapple. Overall a fantastic stay, excellent location and I highly recommend it to others.

Property weas in an excellent location, with a wonderful view of the sunrise/sunset/ ocean from the patio. It had a nice kitchen and plenty of spacr for a family of 5. There is a grocery store just a 5 min walk away from the property. You can walk to beach in about 10min. Would defintely recommend bookinng the property on yur next vaction to Costa Rica

Photos of the condo make you believe it’s in clean excellent conditions… it’s not, you have bugs in the unit plus 2 lizards who live there and property managers are ok with that. I wasn’t!!!! I had to reach out to property managers several times the days prior to my flight to get access to condo since we arrived early in the morning. They don’t respond to emails immediately, I had to call the day of my flight to finally reach someone. Very poor customer service.
