    Pacifico C410 is a modern three-bedroom penthouse on the fourth floor of a building in Pacifico, a recently renovated condominium community near Playas del Coco,



    The Space:

    with resort-style amenities and access to a high-end beach club. This top-floor condo offers sweeping views of the ocean and greenery in El Coco and can comfortably sleep six guests during a beach vacation in Guanacaste.



    The 1,508-square-foot (140 ㎡) unit features a spacious open-concept floor plan, with several shuttered windows and ceiling fans to keep the living space well-lit, cool, and comfortable. The main living space includes a half bathroom next to the kitchen near the condo’s entrance.



    The living room is elegantly designed with brand-new contemporary furniture, including a blue sofa and loveseat, a glass-top coffee table, a patterned rug, tropical-inspired artwork, and a smart TV. This space also includes a circular dining table with six chairs situated next to a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that leads onto the balcony. The covered terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining table and four chairs, offers spectacular views of the red-tiled roofs, tropical foliage, and the ocean in El Coco.



    The kitchen is decorated with high-end granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets and drawers, and a wraparound breakfast bar that seats five. The cooking space is well equipped with top-quality stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, and a double-basin sink.



    The master bedroom is beautifully furnished, with a king-sized bed, dark wood furniture, and a TV. The room includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a standalone bathtub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a TV, and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to create a king. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a combined bathtub and shower.



    As a guest at Pacifico C410, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.



    You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.



    This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot in a downstairs garage. This penthouse can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.



    Pet-friendly policy



    We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Beautiful view over Coco and the condo/complex was spacious and well-equipped. Pools were great, sports complex & walking hills and steps up to unit was a great workout!

We stayed at Pacifico for a month. The condo was perfect, great location to beach, grocery stores, pools, restaurants. Keep in mind if you decide the top floor, you will be walking up a big hill and then 6 flights of stairs! We will be back but to 1st or 2nd floor

Exactly as shown in the photos. I stayed with my wife and two adult children for 2 weeks, and the apartment was well kept, spacious and offers a beautiful view. Just an fyi- it’s a 3 story walk up so you’ll get your steps in! The Pacifico grounds, pools and especially the beach club are exceptional! Also worth noting that the property is managed by a company called Special Places who were fabulous. Extremely professional, friendly, responsive and eager to help make my trip as great as possible.

Our stay at the two-bedroom suite in the Pacifico Resort, Playa del Coco, was a fantastic experience. The suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home.The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of storage and cozy beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living area and fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private balcony was a great place to unwind while enjoying the tropical surroundings.One of the highlights of staying at Pacifico Resort was the access to its amazing amenities. The resort-style pools were beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing escape, and the private beach club was a great bonus. The location was also ideal—just a short walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet still peaceful and secure within the gated community.Overall, the two-bedroom suite at Pacifico Resort provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and luxury. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Playa del Coco!

We loved Pacifico and we will definitely come back!! The casa C-410 was excellent and had amazing views. It is 4 floors up so will be an issue for people with mobility issues. The only issue we had was which concierge we were working with each day. Got a bit confusing on who we were texting with and who was not working that day. However, that being said, it was so nice to have people at your disposal to help with your needs and arrangements. It made our stay so easy and relaxing!! The property management team does an amazing job and the grounds and house were very well taken care of!! Excellent and safe place to stay for ease and comfort.
