Private Hillside Villa with Pool in Playa Hermosa

Situated on the hillside of Playa Hermosa this 2 bedroom, 2 bath private villa is a 15 min walk to the beach and a 25 min drive to the Liberia (LIR) Airport. The patio overlooks the pool area and this secure gated community of Hermosa Heights has excellent amenities including a basketball court, movie theater, spa, mini golf and an ATM. The unit comes fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Options abound for dining out or 2 local super markets are within a 5 minute walk.

*Bedding & some decor have been updated. Bedspread/curtains are now light green in the master, and yellow for the bunk beds.*

There are 2 bedrooms:
- The master has a queen size bed and its own bathroom.
- The second bedroom is small with bunkbeds (full-size bed on the bottom bunk, twin-size bed on the top bunk).

The villa has some privacy blocked by some trees- it is directly above/behind the hot tub. There's a living room and full kitchen. And a stackable washer/dryer. Amenities in the development: mini-golf, movie theater, spa and basketball court.


The villa is located on a hillside, it is about a 15-18min walk to the beach. Or a 3-5min drive. There are two small grocery stores within a 5 min walk to the villa. Coco is the next town over, about a 7 - 10 minute drive, with lots more shopping, grocery stores, dining. Tamarindo is about a 45min - 1hr drive. Liberia Airport (LIR) is a 25min drive away.

You have access to the entire villa, and all the amenities in Hermosa Heights. Make yourself at home!

The road is paved all the way to the parking area. Then, you'll walk down a little path to get to the villa itself.

A 4x4 is not necessary to get to the villa- any car, vehicle, motorbike, golf cart, etc. or by foot, is fine.

There is ample and safe parking available.
