Summary:
Pacifico TH103 is a three-story townhome in Pacifico, a private and luxurious Mediterranean-style resort community in the tranquil beach town of Playas del Coco.

The Space:
This condo is one of the most spacious in the area, spanning at least 2,500 sq. ft. (233 m²) with four bedrooms that can accommodate a total of ten guests. The unit features high-end finishes, top-quality tile floors, stunning views, and high ceilings to create a bright, breezy atmosphere.

One of the highlights of this spacious townhome is the four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spread out over the condo’s three floors to provide each guest with relaxation and privacy.

The master bedroom, located on the second level, features a king-sized bed, a 50-inch Roku TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony that overlooks a lush garden. The second floor has another bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a 32-inch flat-screen Roku TV. The top floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom, and the ground floor has a bedroom with two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a 32-inch Roku TV.

This condo features a spacious open-concept living space on the third floor with a modern design and updated furniture. The living room includes two couches, a wooden coffee table, and a couple of lounge chairs under a ceiling fan and sparkling chandelier. The living room opens to a private balcony with teak chairs, a loveseat, and a coffee table overlooking the lush mountains and rolling hills of Playas del Coco. The living room also features a 65-inch flat-screen TV with a Roku streaming device, so you can watch all your favorite shows and movies during your stay at Pacifico TH103!

The living room is next to the kitchen, which features modern granite countertops and sleek wood cabinets. The kitchen offers a new stainless steel dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator, as well as a microwave, stove, oven, electric skillet, and other cooking utensils for all your culinary needs. The kitchen also has a round dining table that can seat six, made of Guanacaste wood.

As a guest at Pacifico TH103, you’ll have access to the property’s outdoor oasis, with four swimming pools throughout the complex, a bubbling hot tub, The Pina Shack for food and beverages, a children’s play area, comfortable lounge chairs, and shade umbrellas surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. Guests at Pacifico TH103 will also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes access to a private gym and swimming pool. There is also free shuttle service included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.

Pacifico TH103 is located at Pacifico and comes with a private garage and additional parking for two vehicles outside. The entire community is gated and patrolled by roaming security guards. The Pacifico complex also has tennis and pickleball courts, fine dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and more!  The unit comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
