This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo comfortably sleeps 4: a queen bed in one room, a queen Murphy bed in the other, both flooded with natural light from double-window sets. Both bedrooms have A/C plus remote-controlled fans, and the social area and both bathrooms are also air-conditioned.

Self check-in for a seamless arrival. Guests have access through the main gate of the residential community.

The team of hosts will be always available through Airbnb messages.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge.

Please do not dispose of toilet paper, paper products, or other items in the toilet, as this may cause clogging. Kindly use the provided wastebaskets.

- Be kind with the AC and eletricity. Use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium as there is a $50 cap on electricity on rentals over 1 week.
