“Un bel hotel relativamente nuovo , la pulizia non all'altezza ( in bagno ho trovato un'unghia sotto il sapone ) . Ho prenotato una camera che potesse ospitare 3 persone , ma poi ho trovato il terzo letto che in realtà era un divano che una volta aperto appoggiava direttamente il materasso sul pavimento ! per questo ho dovuto prendere un'altra camera . l'impianto di riscaldamento non era in grado di riscaldare la stanza , abbiamo avuto freddo tutte e 2 le notti di pernottamento ”

“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

“We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. ”
