BELLA CASA restaurata vecchia dentro e fuori, in pietra e travi, sulla terrazza sud 80 m2, sulle alture di Sarlat, con vista a sud, immergendosi sui tetti della città, sui monumenti e sulle colline. Vero, molto tranquillo, vegetazione e isolato in cima a una collina. 350 metri, a piedi, il centro e tutti i negozi nelle vicinanze, e il mercato 2 volte a settimana il mercoledì e il sabato, a 500 metri dal centro storico e dai negozi. PISCINA RISCALDATA PRIVATA 11x5 su terrazza in teak 60m2. Nessun contrario diretto. Splendida terrazza in pietra di circa 100 mq con vista sulla città e sulla piscina, che consente di godersi il sole tutto il giorno e il tramonto dietro le colline con un drink in mano. Il sale da piscina, morbido per la pelle, non brucia gli occhi a differenza del clhore.
Divano per esterni, Baby Foot, jumbo bag e biliardo all'aperto disponibili, molti giochi da tavolo, molti dvd. Calcio balilla all'aperto e tavolo da biliardo all'aperto Ping pong, grande barbecue fisso sulla terrazza, piastra a gas. 300/400 m dal centro e dai negozi, e 500 m dal centro storico della città, accessibile da un piccolo sentiero bucolico (o 2 km in auto). Ali e mini scivolo per bambini e molti giochi: bocce. La terrazza di fronte al la casa è chiusa da un cancello, un bambino non può lasciarla, quindi la piscina è chiusa da una seconda porta. Il parcheggio privato e a terra, può ospitare 2 o più auto manovrando, e molto di più se si parcheggia nel vicolo. Aria condizionata ad alte prestazioni in tutte le stanze. Noleggio da sabato a sabato. Lenzuola e asciugamani opzionali su richiesta

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette belle maison à Sarlat. Malgré notre venue en novembre, nous avons eu la chance de profiter pleinement de la grande piscine avec nos enfants. L’eau était parfaitement entretenue et la piscinenous a permis de vivre des moments de baignade exceptionnels, même en automne ! La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée avec goût, offrant tout le confort. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme des lieux, idéal pour se reposer après des journées de découverte de la région. La présence des jeux extérieurs a été très appréciée par toute la famille. merci à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux et ses petites attentions. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs.

Superbe séjour à Sarlat

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cette maison à Sarlat. L’emplacement est idéal : en retrait pour plus de calme, tout en permettant d’accéder facilement au centre historique à pied. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique en cette période habituellement froide, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la grande piscine, parfaite pour se détendre et s’amuser en famille. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour les enfants. La vue sur l’environnement est splendide, et le cadre est véritablement agréable. Un endroit parfait pour profiter de Sarlat et de ses alentours très touristiques

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette maison confortable. tous les équipements sont présents, la vue sur le sarlat historique invite à la reverie, nous avons pu passer des moments inoubliables avec mes filles grâce aux multipleas activités prévues par les propriétaires (baignade dans la grande et belle piscine chauffée, jeux de société, jeux d'exterieur - ping pong, billard, baby foot, balançoires…) Nous aimerions y être encore et reviendrons certainement l'année suivante

Fantastic for Family holiday

Pool was amazing, the house had everything you could need, kitchen utilities, games, baby cot and high chair, etc. Communication from owners was good. Wonderful location, could walk into Sarlat town easily. We would highly recommend!

Can't recommend. Only stayed 2 nights.

Booked for 1 week last August but only stayed 2 nights. Property not cleaned properly, left over food in fridge, old bedding and BBQ etc. in gardens. Hot tub not cleaned so unusable whilst we were there. Owners unhelpful.

House with a view in Sarlat

We had a fantastic stay in Jean and Sophie's house in Sarlat. It's in an excellent position just a short walk to Sarlat town centre and an easy drive to most of the places you'd wish to visit. The view over Sarlat is stunning. The amenities were everything you need for all ages to enjoy and were well kept and in a good condition. One shower sprung a leak and the gates got stuck but were immediately fixed with minimum fuss. Thank you for that! The video of how to get to the house was incredibly useful as we arrived very late and in the dark and the food and drink left for us was a thoughtful and welcome touch - again thank you! The whole family and partners had a thoroughly happy week and we would definitely consider going back and recommend to anyone to stay in this beautiful house. The Buckley Family

Fabulous villa in a great location

Well equipped family villa, great location and views over old Sarlat, fabulous pool and facilities to relax for a holiday in the Dordogne. Easy access to Sarlat down a path into town - you can leave your car behind. Fabulous time spent there, would definitely return and highly recommend. Owners were helpful and very responsive with lots of advice about restaurants and local places to visit.

The house is in an ideal quiet location with idyllic views. It’s a short walk to the centre of Sarlat and has easy access to surrounding attractions. The house had effective air conditioning and was well resourced. The pool was fabulous. The only minor issue was there were no rooms with en-suite toilets. The house was very good value and I would highly recommend it

Excellente experience

La propriété est idealement placée, au calme, avec une très jolie vue sur Sarlat et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée y compris pour les loisirs (babyfoot, billard, table de ping pong sans parler de la très belle piscine idéale pour Ligner les longueurs). Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, pleins de bons conseils et très réactifs en cas de question. Pour finir le Périgord noir est une région magnifique où l'on mange très bien.

Super séjour en famille en Dordogne !

Les hôtes ont été exceptionnels ! Ils nous ont très bien accueillis dans la maison, avec plein de petites attentions pour les adultes comme pour les enfants. Ils ont été à l’écoute et très réactifs dès que nous avions une question ou une souci. La maison était exactement comme nous l’attendions, très bien équipée et propre. Le chemin pour accéder à la maison est un peu étroit mais le parking peut loger deux voitures.

Such a great place

This is a fantastic villa with an amazing swimming pool and location. It’s a lovely short walk in to town. Communication was fantastic. The facilities were as described, the pool table especially gave lots of entertainment and thank goodness for the great aircon. Honestly didn’t want to leave. Super comfy large beds we all slept so well. would highly recommend.

Superb Dordogne Stay

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location. Very close to the beautiful town of Sarlat, as well as close to the Dordogne river. Great base to explore the surrounding areas whilst having a beautiful view to accompany some splendid rouge vin during the night. Sophie was a great host with really quick communication on any questions we had. Very nice surprise of a keg of beer waiting for us. Only downside was some weeds were overgrown on the terrace hampering the view somewhat!

An amazing adventure in the center of Medieval History!

Sophie and Jean's home is the perfect location for a relaxing and amazing vacation. My three friends and I arrived in Sarlat and immediately relaxed in this gorgeous home. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own private comfortable rooms and also gorgeous locations for our joint gatherings. I can't say enough about the beauty of this home overlooking Sarlat, the comfort of the pool, and the blooming flowers everywhere! Sophie was easily accessible and so helpful with all of her suggestions. We definitely want to return!

Perfect holiday home in a great location.

We’ve just stayed two weeks in this marvellous house which is a short walking distance from Sarlat. Our first impression was that the photographs did not do it justice. All subsequent impressions confirmed that view. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities one could want, from the toys in and around the large pool to the pool and table tennis table on the patio. A large outside table makes family mealtime easy and trouble free. Inside you have a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with two downstairs bedrooms with showers. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with an excellent bathroom, with a large shower. The house also has lots of games to keep the kids entertained in case it rains, as this didn’t happen during our stay, we just enjoyed the pool. Communication with Sophie was excellent and any queries were resolved quickly. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts that were left for us, such as wine, a food parcel and beer. A lovely, much appreciated touch. The location of the property is perfect for walking into Sarlat. At the bottom of the drive, you turn left, follow a path and 7 minutes later you’re in the centre of Sarlat We’ve holidayed in Sarlat for the last 30 years and this is the best house that we’ve rented. We’ll be back.

Excellente semaine

Nous avons adoré notre semaine avec nos enfants et des amis dans la maison. La piscine chauffée à 28 toute la semaine, les chambres spacieuses, la climatisation, la vue, l'accès rapide au centre de Sarlat et le contact avec les propriétaires, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire. Encore merci à Sophie et Jean-Yves pour tout.

Découverte et detente

Nous avons étés très bien accueilli La propriété était simple à trouver grâce à la vidéo envoyer par Jean Yves Il y avait beaucoup d’équipement à disposition que nous avons tous utilisé (spa baby foot billard table Ping Pong et bien sûr la balançoire pour les enfants) Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine en cet fin octobre-début novembre. Elle est magnifique et chauffée. En cas de besoin nous avons pu compter sur Étienne qui était présent à n’importe quelle heure. Il est très sympathique aussi et au petit soin comme jean Yves. Nous les remercions et reviendront avec plaisirs.

Character House in Sarlat

My husband and I rented the house for 5 weeks and in all fairness, we noticed the quirks that anyone renting for one week might not even notice. Let me start with the many good things. We arrived to find a bottle of wine, a duck breast and a sausage in the refrigerator; brioche and jam on the kitchen table; and a full “kegorator” (beer on tap). We were very happily surprised at the Jean-Ives’ generosity. The house was very clean and all the linens were on the beds and towels were in each room. The house is large and comfortable. The bathroom on the second floor is beautifully done. The bedrooms are all a good size. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a shower in them. One downstairs bedroom has a sink and vanity with good storage. The washer and dryer are located in the shed by the pool. At one point the dryer died. In less than two days a new dryer was delivered. There is every conceivable “toy” at the house. There is a mini-pool table and ping-pong table on the porch. The heated pool is huge and has a hot and cold shower and fuszeball table on the deck. There are floating toys and plenty of lounge chairs and two large umbrellas. Julian comes to clean the pool and the hot tub every Saturday. We didn’t barbecue (too many good restaurants in town) but there is a gas grill as well as a brick charcoal grill. We spent many evenings sitting at the big patio table with a glass of wine and taking in the gorgeous unobstructed view. We wanted to rent a house with character and this house has just that. However, there are a few suggestions we would make to enhance the rental experience. The driveway washed away in torrential rains before and after we first came, I know Jean-Ives will repair that. There are only two toilets in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. The loo on the first floor is very, very small but does include a small sink. Another toilet on the first floor would make a huge difference. There is a clean toilet in the shed, which we did use in a pinch. The kitchen is not very functional, no counter space and the stove is old. It is otherwise well-equipped. There are perhaps too many pots and pans, too many plates, and not enough storage. One drawer had no back and a broken bottom. New kitchen cabinets and stove would be perfect. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Our whole family and some friends came and everyone had a wonderful time.

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Herbsturlaub mit Familie und Hunden sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt phantastisch und ist prima eingerichtet. Der Pool ist eine Attraktion. Sarlat ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Weg in die Stadt und zum Supermarkt ist nicht weit und auch zu Fuß gut machbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Der Herbst ist eine ideale Reisezeit, da es tagsüber noch warm und sonnig ist, aber überhaupt nicht überfüllt mit Touristen. Sehr angenehm!

Maison idéale pour passer un excellent séjour en famille à Sarlat !

Maison tb placée, sur les hauteurs de Sarlat, dont le centre ville est accessible à pied (par la route, un peu plus long que le sentier barré par la mairie). Très belle piscine grande et chauffée, avec une super vue sur la ville, mais aussi nombreuses activités proposées, notamment billard apprécié par les ados comme les adutes, ping pong, jaccuzzi, babyfoot (et pas de moustiques le soir, un must !!). Tous les équipements sont là intérieurs (clim, machines à laver, seche linge, 2e frigo ..) comme extérieurs ( douche, barbecue..) et de très bonne qualité. Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte, mais au travers de la très bonne communication par messagerie, nous l'avons trouvé très sympa, arrangeant avec les horaires et efficace. Un classeur rassemblait toutes les infos sur les chateaux, grottes et autres lieux et activités touristiques très nombreux à moins d'une demie heure de la maison.
