“Very hard to report this, but the property was uninhabitable when we were there.. High-level - there was area-wide sargassum inundation. This is not unusual. Low-level - the management's choice of how to deal with the situation in their particular bay (or not deal with it), was/is pitiful. Facts: • We had a 4 night stay booked - had to leave early. • The resort was vacant. “The host family was beyond welcoming...above and beyond every turn, and genuinely kind people. If you want to call this place "glamping", okay but as a veteran glamper, this much more. We enjoyed every minute.”

“Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!”
