You first discover it through a large living area, with its fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for cooking good meals. A dishwasher is also there to save you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.

You can enjoy your meals at the large dining room table, which reveals a very interesting asset for entertaining your evenings: an American pool table! Another option for your meals: the beautiful garden terrace, with its outdoor furniture and especially its barbecue for delicious grilled dishes.

There is also on the ground floor a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200) and an independent toilet.
