- Terrace with 2 privacy screens on each side, equipped with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds, manual awning.
- A numbered parking space
- Access to the sea from the residence via an alley.

- Pets allowed (2 max.) with a supplement of 30 € / animal/ week including short stay.
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: €60
- Early check-in / late check-out (upon express agreement from the agency and according to possibilities): 20 €/hour, with a maximum of 70 €
