The small house has an exceptional location on the beach and promises an incredible panoramic view of the sea.

Offering peace and brightness with its large south-facing bay windows overlooking the 400m² enclosed garden (equipped with outdoor furniture, 2 outdoor tables, one under a magnificent pine tree acting as a parasol, deckchairs and barbecue) as well as a large south-facing terrace and awning, you'll be able to make the most of the Breton sunshine! This is a relaxing environment in which to unwind. Ideally located, it will delight lovers of golf, hiking and horse-riding, and you can stroll and enjoy the local produce available at the Sarzeau market, not forgetting the sailing school at the end of the beach!

On one level, this house of about 70 m² is composed of a bright living room, a very pleasant living room with sea view, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), a granite bar to share convivial moments for the aperitif, able to accommodate 4 travellers very comfortably.

You will also appreciate the 360° sea view and the proximity of the beach at the end of the garden.
This cosy little house offers you a total of 2 bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with queen-size bed: a parental shower room, shower with individual marble basin.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 140cm bed.
