“Arrived and was told that all they had available for Expedia guest was a room for disabled guest. I said we requested a room with two queen beds and that is what I paid for. Ryan said we had to pay $40 each night for an upgrade to the room I originally booked. Then we requested our room cleaned and had to tell front desk it was not. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff was gone but he could take out the trash and get us clean towels but did not know how to make up beds. I requested a...

“The Suite with Bunkbeds was fantastic for our family of 4. Two teens had their own room with Bunk Beds and us parents could also spread out. Very roomy. There was car noise from the street and the buildings are undergoing construction so the extra noise may bother some. Pleased with the Breakfast. We stayed on a weekday and enjoyed hot bacon, turkey sausage, egg omelet, and diced potatoes. Pancake machine also made fresh tasty mini pancakes with a push of a button. Nice juice and coffee...
