“There was no top sheet on the bed. The duvet on the bed had a cover but it made me wonder how many other people has slept in that bed with no top sheet. The room was cold…the room is in the basement. We tried several times to adjust the thermostat with no success. The sofa…was a small loveseat that was like sitting on a board. I expected more the the $165.00/night that we paid.”

“The interior is exactly as presented on the website.. totally and beautifully renovated duplex in an older neighborhood, safe and quiet. The kitchen is more than fully equipped, very comfortable beds, good quality towels and robes, great covered outside deck, tastefully decorated. Was an excellent selection for our family reunion of 7 people. Host communications were timely and responsive, very friendly. Would highly recommend.”

However, on arrival, there were only three beds and a sofa approximately five feet long, which was not suitable as the fourth sleeping space we had expected.We also found that there was no lockable separation between our suite and the downstairs tenant’s area, which raised privacy and security concerns.In addition, the exterior railing was not securely attached...
