“Room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast lady has a difficult job, and does it excellently. We have never had a poor experience at this hotel. On this occasion, my wife had a medical appointment. It's a shame you don't have medical rates; your easy access to the RUH would make it such a plus.”

“Had an instant headache from the smell of weed. The lady for breakfast was kinda rude and miserable. I ended up giving an extra food voucher as I didn’t eat. Also was distracted by my 4yr old wanting to eat and reach for things but the lady insisted on standing and waiting while I was juggling juice and cereal. I think in order for you all to get the paper that ends up in the garbage is to just let it be free breakfast if it states free breakfast on the site. If it’s not free and you have to...
