“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them.
