“My son got sick one night, and the person that was on shift came to our room and helped me out in the middle of the night. She was very accommodating and sympathized with our situation offering different solutions to help us out. Unbelievable customer service.”

“The room was absolutely amazing. Lots of room for the kids to relax and hang out with their friends while we were down for our hockey tournament. The only thing I would change is, I didn’t know there wasn’t breakfast and I was not told by any of the staff or the front desk that we could go over to the Delta for a buffet. I found out the morning we were leaving and it was already too late.”
