“Great stay”

“Breakfast was very fresh and fulfilling. Best part is Westport inn provide utensils, stove, coffee-maker in kitchenettes to cook your favourite meals by your own. Excellent experience. Must recommended.”

“I was fleeing a dangerous domestic situation and needed a safe place to stay. I booked a non refundable room and they would not let me check in because I have a local address. What absurd policy doesn’t let people who live in the same town use your facilities? And not advertise it on your listings???”

“2 night stay. The good. Front desk staff friendly and inviting. Comfortable beds and pillows, Heat/cool system accurate and comfortable. Drinkware in room good. Breakfast options good. Underground parking handy. The bad. Room worn out. Carpet baren, sofa dirty, pedestal sink loose, small old tv's not yet replaced with newer ones as in other rooms, door hinge loose, (reported but not repaired). No room cleaning service during stay. Food tray left outside door stayed for a day and a half....

The on duty desk clerk, named Christa , was very friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome . She was very well informed about the services offered and was diligent in ensuring our needs were met Will definite return ! ”
