“La posizione della struttura è fantastica, panorama stupendo. Struttura recente, alcune parti ancora da ultimare. Il giorno della partenza dovevamo fare colazione presto, ma anche se l'orario di apertura era 7 e 30 siamo arrivati per quell'ora e niente era pronto.”

“Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. “Lovely property with great balconies and views. Spacious and clean. Beautiful area and perfect location for walking to Kotor Old Town. Central for other attractions with car. We cannot fault the attention and care to us shown by our host. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Best beach we found was at Morinj but lots nearby.”

“Dragun was an excellent host at the tea rooms in Kotor. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the property is nestled into Kotor about a 3 minute walk from the old town gate, with a tremendous view of the fortress upon exiting the property- it didn’t get old the whole time we were there! Dragun went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He even helped us out by kindly printing a bus ticket we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dragun! ”

“This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. “It is a nice spot. It’s more a tiny statement. Management ed very nice and communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom Ave shower were very small but sufficient and had got hot water. Towels weren’t great, but worked. Police experiences in a great location.”

“The property is situated in a place where everything is close. The owner is super nice and understanding. The actual rooms are great and pretty much equipped with everything needed.”

“The owner of the place is very helpful. He informed us about the restaurants, taxi numbers(good ones-normal prices, many taxis charging double to triple sometimes). He even saves us from getting a traffic penalty :). They maybe improve the cleaning service a bit but overall it was a nice experience. Thanks.”

“The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, the market, restaurants and the old town area. The property was very nice and clean, with a nice view. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a lot of useful information. They also accommodated us by allowing us to keep the apartment an extra hour so we could have enough time to return from our tour. We had a wonderful experience.”
