From here, you have easy access to the beach at Mukran/Prora, the Baltic Sea resorts, or island excursions, without having to drive through the entire city first. It’s about 800 meters to the city center and about 1.5 kilometers to the harbor. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. City buses also run through town. In addition to the harbor with its long outer pier, sightseeing boats, fishing boats, and numerous restaurants, Sassnitz also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. The house stands on a lot of approximately 490 square meters with parking spaces right next to the house as well as bicycle storage. The house features a terrace with patio furniture and a grill in the garden. Wi-Fi is available in the house.
