We’d like to warmly welcome you to our romantically rustic “Anna” vacation rental!<br><br> You’ll feel right at home the moment you step into the living-kitchen area, where a beautiful view of the linden trees in front of the house awaits you through the<br>-cute wooden window. The entire apartment features<br>-hardwood floors, which create a particularly cozy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The exposed ceiling and wall beams also contribute to this! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, inviting light. To your right is<br>- the sofa nook,<br>- a floor lamp, and<br>- a small wooden table with chairs where you can sit comfortably and eat.<br>- From here, you can watch TV and simply relax, perhaps with a glass of red wine!<br><br>On the left is a kitchenette. It’s equipped with:<br>- a 2-burner stove,<br>- a refrigerator with freezer compartment,<br>- a coffee maker,<br>- a toaster,<br>- and a kettle.<br><br>The bathroom is located to the left of the sleeping area. It is equipped with the following:<br>- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser<br>- a tissue dispenser<br>- a shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser<br>- a toilet<br>- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags<br>- Tile floor (bath mats provided)<br>- a clothes drying rack<br><br>Straight ahead, you’ll see the cozy sleeping area with a<br>-beautiful wooden double bed and the<br>-nightstands with reading lamps on either side of the bed.<br>- Two beautiful wooden windows with small panes offer a great view of the linden trees and to the east. You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of old trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful place to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
