Villa Anna is located in the heart of Sassnitz’s picturesque old town. Since 1896, the villa has offered its guests peace and relaxation in a well-maintained atmosphere. Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the seaside resort architectural style and today offers 11 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 6 people, featuring an elevator, a loggia, and Baltic Sea views in nearly all apartments.
The various 1-, 2-, and 4-room apartments, ranging from 40 to 150 square meters in living space, are all equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The glass-enclosed conservatories offer a magnificent view over the Old Town to the Baltic Sea and Jasmund National Park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in the building. Each apartment comes with a parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-maintained garden for shared use, as well as a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. One apartment in the building is located on the lower level with a view of the garden and features a private terrace.
Pets are allowed only upon request in apartments 12 and 13. A fee of 8 € per night would be charged for a pet, as well as a one-time pet final cleaning fee of 20 €.

Apartment 12 on the 1st floor, Apartment 22 on the 2nd floor, and Apartment 32 on the 3rd floor.

These one-room apartments, with 44 square meters of living space, each accommodate 2 people.
The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, a couch seating area, and a desk.
In the entryway of this small apartment, there is a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The dining area is located on the loggia and offers a magnificent view. The bathroom has a shower. Wi-Fi is available.
Each apartment comes with a parking space marked with the apartment number.
