Paradise Beach Club 105 è orgogliosamente di proprietà di 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', il più grande proprietario di affitti per le vacanze sulla spiaggia premium sulla Space Coast!

Questa spaziosa unità di pianterreno, direttamente sull'oceano, ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Il patio privato è a pochi passi da una grande piscina riscaldata davanti all'oceano. Potete sedervi e guardare i bambini a nuotare, o semplicemente godersi la vista della piscina e dell'oceano dal comfort del patio. Si sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con accesso privato dalle scale della spiaggia.

L'unità è inoltre fornita di accessori da spiaggia per il tuo divertimento, tra cui sedie a sdraio, tavole boogie, ombrelloni, giocattoli, asciugamani e frigorifero. La camera da letto principale è completa di un letto king size, grande TV al plasma e una splendida vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli e il soggiorno ha un divano estraibile se necessario. C'è internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuita in modo da poter rimanere completamente connesso (se lo si desidera).

Godetevi tutte le comodità che desideri proprio sul sito, tra cui due stazioni BBQ, due parcheggi recintati, bocce, shuffleboard, sala fitness con vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano e piscina riscaldata. L'edificio è situato a soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Melbourne, un'ora dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando e 15 minuti a sud di Cocoa Beach. Tutto quello che ti serve è comodamente ubicato vicino, tra cui un grande Publix (negozio di alimentari) e un cinema accanto all'altro lato della strada. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti eccellenti situati in un breve tragitto in auto.

Great stay

This place had everything you needed.. it came fully stocked. Loved that they have beach access in the back with a pool for the kids.. very convenient that there was a Publix right across the street as well.

Endroit sublime direct sur le bord de la plage

Très bien situé autant au niveau de la plage que des facilités (épicerie juste l'autre bord de la route), nous avons passé une semaine de vacance de rêve. Pour les quelques petits commentaires que nous avons acheminés, nous avons eu un réponse rapide et professionnelle. Je recommande!

Excellent condition and excellent location

I am a local resident of Indialantic with frequent out of town guests. I rented this property for two adult friends who were coming to town for my daughter’s graduation events. The property is immaculate. Fully renovated. First floor unit with excellent parking available right in front of the unit for ease in move in and move out! Keyless entry a huge bonus! Walk out patio to pool and down steps to ocean. Quiet portion of the public beach and the property had excellent views and amenities. Directly across street from Publix and Dunkin Donuts plaza with restaurants. No need for a car. Will rent again for our out of town guests!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family enjoyed staying within steps to a heated pool + having access to a beautiful beach where our kids were able to find plenty of seashell treasures. The condo was stocked with all essentials needed and was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location and Clean

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas! The condo was in a great location and very clean. You can tell it’s been updated recently. The decor is very nice and the beds are super comfortable. It’s steps from the pool and beach. The Condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beach chairs came in handy too. We will definitely come back to this property in the future. Thank you!

Perfect!

We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend, super convenient to grocery, etc. condo walks out to the heated pool, ocean is right there, so convenient with my 10 year old! We did have a service call, answered and fixed immediately, Taylor was great!

Fabulous Find!!!

Loved the condo. The location was perfect. The ocean breathtaking! The pool was exceptionally clean and the property is very well maintained. The condo was newly remodeled and had everything you needed. Ee even used the barbecue one night. The restaurants were great and people in the neighborhood were very friendly. Our rental car locked us out and several people at the Publix plaza across the way came up to us and offered assistance. I am coming back next year. Only negative was a minor oversight, shower curtain missing in main bathroom so we all had to use the other shower. So minor we didn't even notice until 2nd night there. Can't wait to come back for a full week next August!!!!

Everything You Could Want!

My family (all 15 of us staying in different condos) was SO impressed with this condo! Let’s talk inside first: - the kitchen wall has been knocked out so it feels very spacious - furniture is minimal, enough for what you need but not a lot of extra stuff to make it feel crowded - amazingly comfortable beds. - the decor…just WOW. Most beach condo decor is cheesy to me. It all looks the same. Whoever decorated this condo did a wonderful job! It is simple and beachy, but in an elegant way. Now let’s talk room location: - Of all the condos, this has the best of everything. A grass area right in front of the patio, where we all hung out every night. Great spot for a corn hole game! Direct access to the pool and beach. The building is so close to the beach, it is insane…literally steps to the ocean. I am a beach gal but my kids love the pool - since the pool is beachside and the condo is so close to the ocean, it felt like I was on the beach even when I was sitting at the pool. This is the only vacation that I have ever enjoyed sitting by the pool. If you normally stay west side, be prepared for the difference in the sand, water, and tide. There is a reef shelf on out in the ocean at Satellite Beach that can beat up your legs if you run into it while in the ocean. If you enjoy looking for sea shells, this is your place! All in all we love this condo and Paradise Beach Club Resort and will DEFINITELY be back!

Great place to stay!

Loved this place. We booked a last minute weekend in Satellite Beach and booked this place. The space was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed the beach, pool, watched tv and loved the surrounding area. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Everything was great and descriptions accurate, we are switching our October vacation stay to here. The beach towels were nice and plush, the beach chairs and umbrella were very nice quality. Shampoos/liquid hand soaps were provided and everything we needed elsewhere. My only suggestion would be to add another chair in the living room and maybe a clock on the wall...everything else was perfect!! To be able to walk out the patio and literally 20 steps and your at the edge of the ocean was unbelievable. Will defintely being staying here again!

Great Florida Get Away!

This property is in a great location for all that the space coast has to offer! The apartment was very clean, beds were all comfortable, bathrooms spotless, and the rental host was fantastic! Some notes for the practical traveler... furnishings are sparce, the unit could use luggage racks and more hanging space for clothing. Be prepared for the first floor location: pool is right outside master bedroom window and the kitchen was home to a few native Florida critters. (Host responded immediately to our request for an exterminator and problem was quite manageable for the remainder of our trip.) We will definitely be back, just on a higher floor.

Beautiful and clean

Large 2 bed Apartment in a a good location The out side has a large heated pool, It also looked right out over the Sea The Apartment is large 3 very large TVs a big Kitchen with everything you need Loved the floor and everything about it Management sent all info to get in and details No chasing them for anything which is good when your coming from overseas Thank you hope to be back some day

We could not have loved this place more! It was beautifully remodeled, had a perfect location, and slept comfortably! The only problem we had was a malfunction with the lock, but the maintenance people came and fixed it in no time! Excellent communication! No surprise charges. We will definitely be back!
